The Sevilla FC Academy squad experienced a valuable international football and educational opportunity at a competition that brought together renowned clubs such as AEK Athens, SL Benfica, Lech Poznan, and Fenerbahçe, alongside other teams from across Europe.

Throughout the tournament, the Sevilla side produced an impressive display, competing at the highest level and showcasing the progress and development of its players in a demanding environment that featured some of the continent’s most respected youth academies. The team’s fourth-place finish reflects the commitment, dedication, and continuous growth of the group throughout the season.

Beyond the sporting result, participation in this tournament represented a unique opportunity for the young footballers of the Sevilla FC Academy to face different footballing styles, share experiences with players from other cultures, and continue developing key values such as teamwork, effort, discipline, and adaptability.

These international experiences are part of the Sevilla FC Academy’s commitment to the comprehensive development of its players, providing competitive environments that contribute to their growth both on and off the pitch.

The team’s participation in Hannover leaves the Benjamin federated squad with an unforgettable experience, continuing its development journey with enthusiasm and ambition while representing the values of Sevilla FC on an international stage.

These results reflect the work carried out throughout the season by players, coaching staff, and families, further consolidating the Academy’s development model and the sporting progress of its teams across the various competitions in which they compete.

Four league titles in federated competitions.

Sevilla FC Academy concluded the season with four league titles in federated competitions:

• The Bebé G4 team, coached by Francisco Bulnes, were crowned champions of the 2nd Andalusian Division Group 3.
• The Bebé G2 team, led by Álvaro Cabrera, finished as champions of the 2nd Andalusian Division Group 2.
• The Benjamín team, coached by Alejandro Suárez and Miguel Ángel Marver, claimed the title in the 4th Andalusian Division Group 7.
• The Alevín team, managed by Tate and Pau López, secured the championship in the 4th Andalusian Division Group 11.

These achievements highlight the teams’ competitive development and the hard work carried out throughout the campaign.

Sevilla FC Academy Internal League champions.

The Academy’s internal competition, designed to complement the players’ development process, also crowned its champions for the season.

• The Benjamín “Marcao” team, coached by Borja Tellado, won the league title.
• The Alevín “Agoumé” team, led by Cintia Pérez, finished the competition in first place.

Double success in the IMD silver phase.

The season also brought significant success in competitions organized by the Municipal Sports Institute (IMD), where two Sevilla FC Academy teams won the Silver Phase in their respective categories:

• The Prebenjamín A team, coached by David Arobes, were crowned Silver Phase champions.
• The Benjamín A team, led by Daniel Fernández, also secured the Silver Phase title.

A season of growth and sporting success.

The eight championships won during the 2025/26 campaign are a reflection of the daily commitment shown by players and coaches, as well as the invaluable support provided by the families who are part of Sevilla FC Academy.

Beyond the results, these achievements represent the successful fulfillment of the Academy’s developmental and competitive objectives for the season, reinforcing its continued growth across all age groups.

Renewal period open for the 2026/27 season.

Following the conclusion of the season, Sevilla FC Academy has officially launched its renewal process for the 2026/27 campaign, which will remain open until 30 June.

In addition, the registration period for new players will open on 1 July, offering young footballers the opportunity to join the Academy’s development structure and continue their sporting education under the Sevilla FC methodology.

Sevilla FC Academy concludes the 2025/26 season with its best-ever results: a record-breaking enrollment of more than 330 boys and girls, four league champions in the Royal Andalusian Football Federation competitions, as well as two IMD champions and two internal league champions.

A model that continues to grow.

The growth achieved over the past season confirms families’ trust in a project focused on the holistic development of young footballers. The academy remains committed to a methodology based on education through values, personal development, and football training adapted to each stage of a player’s growth.

Reaching a record of more than 330 students at the José Ramón Cisneros Palacios Training Ground marks a significant milestone for the academy, supported by the experience and prestige of Sevilla FC’s renowned youth system.

Success of the federated teams project.

The launch of the federated teams pilot project exceeded all expectations. Four teams were crowned league champions in their respective competitions: Bebé G2, Bebé G4, Benjamín, and Alevín, achieving results that reflect the collective effort of players, coaches, and families.

Following this success, Sevilla FC Academy has doubled the number of federated teams, increasing from six to twelve teams, including two 11-a-side squads in the Under-14 (Infantil) and Under-16 (Cadete) categories.

First-class facilities.

All activities take place at the José Ramón Cisneros Palacios Training Ground, which features state-of-the-art artificial turf pitches, small-sided game areas, classrooms, changing rooms, a cafeteria, and extensive parking facilities. Convenient public transport access also makes it easy for families to attend throughout the season.

Age groups, schedule, and training times.

The academy welcomes boys and girls born between 2011 and 2022, across the Cadete, Infantil, Alevín, Benjamín, Prebenjamín, and Bebé age groups.

The season begins in early September and runs until early June, with two weekly training sessions lasting between one hour and one and a half hours, scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Fridays are reserved for internal competitions and 11-a-side teams.

Following the most successful season in its history, Sevilla FC Academy approaches the new campaign with renewed ambition: more teams, more players, and the same commitment to providing boys and girls with a safe, enjoyable, and educational environment where they can learn football and grow as individuals.

A total of seven matches were played throughout the day across different age groups, from Baby category to U12 level, giving all young players the opportunity to enjoy an enriching experience both on and off the pitch. Every game was played in an atmosphere of respect, enthusiasm and sportsmanship, values that are at the core of Sevilla FC Academy’s training methodology.

The event brought together players, coaches and families, once again highlighting the importance of these initiatives in strengthening relationships between clubs while promoting the personal and sporting development of young footballers through the game.

Through activities such as these, Sevilla FC Academy continues to reinforce its commitment to holistic player development, using football as an educational tool and promoting experiences that go far beyond competition.

Sevilla FC Academy delivered an excellent overall performance at the San Roque Cup, one of the most grassroots tournaments in Andalusia, reinforcing its developmental philosophy and competitive edge at early age levels.

The Bebé A side completed a flawless tournament, being crowned Gold Phase champions after a campaign defined by defensive solidity and attacking efficiency. The team recorded victories against Mosqueo (2-0), Doctor Fleming (1-0), Divina Pastora Sanluqueña (1-0) and San Roque (2-0), along with a goalless draw against La Mosca during the group stage.

In the निर्णायक stages, the team faced La Mosca once again and secured a commanding 3-0 victory in the final, capping off a tournament in which they stood out for their consistency and control in both boxes.

Meanwhile, the Prebenjamín team also produced a very strong showing, finishing in third place in the Gold Phase. They started the tournament convincingly with wins over Tiro Pichón (2-0), Arenas de Armilla (3-2) and Los Mares (1-0), as well as a draw against Atlético Villanueva (1-1).

In the final stage, the team maintained a competitive level with an emphatic 5-2 victory over La Barrera, although they fell 2-3 in their final match, a result that does not overshadow their overall strong performance.

Once again, Sevilla FC Academy demonstrated its strength in grassroots football, successfully combining player development and competitiveness in demanding environments, and consolidating its position as one of the leading academies in the region.

Sevilla FC Academy once again demonstrated the high standards of work within its youth structure after an outstanding showing at the III Mundialito Tournament in Utrera, a competition in which several Academy teams took part and achieved very positive results.

In the Bebé category, the Sevilla side delivered a strong performance, finishing as champions of the Silver Phase, showing enthusiasm, competitiveness and clear progress throughout the tournament.

Meanwhile, the Prebenjamín team faced a demanding competition and competed with great character from the outset. After the opening matches against Estilo de Utrera and a hard-fought Silver Phase semifinal against Atlético Libertad, the team concluded its participation with a convincing 3-1 victory over Cabecense, securing third place in the Silver Phase.

In the Benjamín category, Sevilla FC Academy once again displayed a high competitive level, reaching the Gold Phase final and ending the tournament as runners-up after a consistent campaign.

The biggest sporting success came from the Alevín team, who were crowned Gold Phase champions after a flawless tournament. The Sevilla side progressed through the group stage with victories over C.D. San Fernando 1940 (0-3) and C.D. Puerto de la Línea (0-1), before defeating Dos Hermanas C.F. 0-3 in the semifinals. In the final, the team completed an excellent campaign with an emphatic 4-0 win over C.D. Utrera.

Beyond the results, Sevilla FC Academy’s participation in Utrera once again reflected the values that define the club: education, commitment, competitiveness and the all-round development of its young players. Another valuable growth experience for the Academy and further proof of the strength of Sevilla’s youth system.
