Closing Ceremony of the Sevilla FC Summer Camp: Football, Values, and Fun

This Friday, July 18th, marked the end of the Sevilla FC Summer Camp, after three weeks filled with football, learning, and camaraderie at the José Ramón Cisneros Palacios Training Ground. Nearly one hundred boys and girls aged between 5 and 14 enjoyed an unforgettable experience that, as every week, culminated with a closing ceremony at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium.

Since its start on June 30th, the camp has established itself as a space for comprehensive development, combining training sessions based on Sevilla FC’s official methodology with English activities, games, excursions, and internal tournaments. Each week unfolded in a safe, professional environment, surrounded by a spirit of friendship that reflected the club’s core values: effort, discipline, teamwork, and self-improvement.

Over the course of these three weeks, participants not only improved their football skills but also grew on a personal level. Excursions to Isla Mágica and Guadalpark, visits to the stadium, and time shared with new friends were all part of a program that went far beyond sport.

Every Friday, the young players wrapped up their week with a very special day at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium, where they celebrated their progress, received their diplomas, and relived the best moments alongside teammates and coaches.

We would like to thank all the families for placing their trust in us, and we hope to see you again very soon.

We also remind you that enrollment is now open for the 2025/26 season at the Antonio Puerta Football Academy, welcoming boys and girls aged 3 to 15. With training sessions held at the club’s Training Ground, the official Sevilla FC methodology, and exclusive activities, it is a great opportunity to continue developing throughout the year.

Eduardo Mangles extends his commitment to Sevilla FC “D”

Sevilla FC “D” has secured the contract renewal of Eduardo Andrés Mangles Herrera, who will continue to wear the Sevilla shirt following his arrival in January. The Venezuelan forward, who also holds a Dutch passport, became the team’s first signing of the winter transfer window and made a strong impression in his initial months in Nervión.

Joining from Elche CF, Mangles quickly adapted to the team’s dynamics, earning call-ups and featuring in all eight matches he was available for before an injury temporarily sidelined him. His dedication, performance, and swift integration were key factors behind the club’s decision to extend his stay.

Prior to joining Sevilla FC, the striker gained international experience in competitions such as the Maltese Premier League and the Maltese FA Trophy, playing for Hibernians FC. He also had a notable spell at Fort Lauderdale United Academy in the United States, where he registered 4 goals and 5 assists in 7 matches.

With this renewal, Sevilla FC “D” reaffirms its commitment to young, talented, and dedicated players, in line with the club’s philosophy of growth and player development.
