This experience allowed them to gain insight into the club\u2019s <strong>daily operations<\/strong> and better understand its <strong>sporting and organizational structure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the programme, participants also took part in an interview on the radio show Contigo Sevilla, featuring teacher <strong>Jos\u00e9 Medel<\/strong> alongside first-year baccalaureate students <strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Mingorance<\/strong> and <strong>Gerardo San Rom\u00e1n<\/strong>. During the segment, they highlighted the importance of the <strong>Work Experience<\/strong> programme as a key tool for students\u2019 <strong>academic and career guidance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Led by the school, this initiative offers students a <strong>work placement experience<\/strong> lasting between <strong>two and four days<\/strong> in different professional environments before choosing their university pathway.
