The Sevilla FC Academy hosted a new visit on April 6 from Colegio de Fomento Tabladilla at the Ciudad Deportiva José Ramón Cisneros Palacios, as part of the Work Experience programme an established initiative that brings high school students closer to the club’s professional environment through a comprehensive learning experience

During the visit, students had the opportunity to explore the club’s facilities, including the Estadio Jesús Navas and the various training pitches used by academy teams. This experience allowed them to gain insight into the club’s daily operations and better understand its sporting and organizational structure.

As part of the programme, participants also took part in an interview on the radio show Contigo Sevilla, featuring teacher José Medel alongside first-year baccalaureate students José María Mingorance and Gerardo San Román. During the segment, they highlighted the importance of the Work Experience programme as a key tool for students’ academic and career guidance.

Led by the school, this initiative offers students a work placement experience lasting between two and four days in different professional environments before choosing their university pathway. Since its launch in 2017, Sevilla FC has played an active role in the programme, providing access to various departments such as medical services, sporting management, and media and communications, among others.

Through initiatives like this, Sevilla FC reaffirms its commitment to the holistic development of young people, contributing to talent development beyond the pitch and strengthening its role as an educational and social benchmark.
