Sevilla FC Academy strengthens player development through a new football gathering with JD Bormujos
The Training Ground hosted a new football gathering organized by Sevilla FC Academy, where players from the Antonio Puerta Academy and JD Bormujos shared a sporting experience focused on learning, development, and the core values of grassroots football.
On February 26, Sevilla FC Academy held a new football development gathering at its facilities, welcoming JD Bormujos as the invited club. The event allowed players from both teams to enjoy what they love most, playing football while continuing to learn and improve their sporting skills.
These initiatives reflect the club’s commitment to promoting the comprehensive development of young players through experiences that combine competition, teamwork, and personal growth. This activity marked the second gathering organized during the same week, reinforcing the Academy’s dedication to grassroots football.
JD Bormujos thus became the third visiting club to take part in these events at the Training Ground, following the recent participation of teams such as Atlético Villanueva, Santiponce, and RC Labradores, further strengthening sporting collaboration between clubs.
During the day, four matches were played between federated teams from both the host and visiting clubs across the U16, U12, U10, and U8 categories, in an atmosphere defined by respect, teamwork, and the educational values of youth football.
Through initiatives like these, Sevilla FC Academy continues to promote environments where football serves as an educational tool, encouraging both the sporting and personal development of young players.
