Sevilla FC Academy and Badgie join forces to bring every player’s progress closer to their families

Sevilla FC Academy continues to advance the digitalisation of its sporting project. The club has reached a strategic agreement with Badgie, a technology platform for sports schools, clubs and federations, with a clear objective: to enable families to closely follow the growth of their sons and daughters, step by step.

Thanks to this collaboration, more than 500 Academy players and their families will be able to follow their development in a new way. Whenever a player completes a milestone within their sporting programme, their coaches and the club will issue a digital badge certifying that achievement. The family will receive it instantly on their mobile phone via WhatsApp, an app notification or email. No need to ask.

Communication, engagement and learning

The agreement addresses three key priorities for the Academy: improving communication with families, strengthening their involvement in the day-to-day development of the project and enriching each player’s learning process. The badges make progress visible and shareable, while reinforcing the motivation of boys and girls at every stage of their development.

Badgie offers a complete suite for the management of sports schools, from digital badges to artificial intelligence tools applied to sport. Through this partnership, Sevilla FC Academy takes a step into AI and reaffirms its commitment to innovation as part of its approach to developing footballers and people.
