Open house at Goalkeeping Academy
The innovative Sevilla FC Innovation Center project, which still has some places available, held a training session open to the public.
The Sevilla FC Innovation Center has launched an initiative called “Sevilla FC Goalkeeping Academy”, designed to offer comprehensive training to soccer goalkeepers. This project covers technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects, with the aim of improving both the sporting performance and personal development of goalkeepers.
After a first few weeks reserved for enrollees, an open house session was held, which was a success. The academy, based on the Sevilla FC methodology, is aimed at goalkeepers from pre-benjamin to senior level, and is open to individuals, clubs, schools and semi-professional players.
The academy works on both the individual and collective development of the goalkeeper, with a comprehensive approach involving the club’s technicians and the support of Sevilla FC’s R+D+i Department. Although there are still some places available, interested parties can obtain more information on the Sevilla FC Innovation Center website.
