Sevilla FC D maintain perfect record over Bellavista
Óscar Olomo’s side defeated U.D. Bellavista 0-4 at Campo Eduardo Herrera to make it three wins from three league matches, with 19 goals scored and none conceded.
Sevilla FC D entered the third league matchday looking to extend their excellent start to the campaign. After two rounds in which they had shown an impressive level of performance both offensively and defensively, scoring 15 goals without conceding, the Nervion-based side travelled to face U.D. Bellavista, who had collected four points from their opening two matches.
The match, played at Campo Eduardo Herrera, began with an early opportunity for the home side, who came close to scoring in the opening minute with an effort that went just wide. Sevilla FC D quickly responded and began to impose their style of play, based on vertical football and pressing that made it difficult for the opposition to build from the back. Two further opportunities followed, before David Castro came close to opening the scoring in the 16th minute, only for the Bellavista goalkeeper to produce an excellent save.
Sevilla FC D eventually found the breakthrough in the 30th minute. Aleksander Koba played a precise vertical pass in behind the home defence for Sebastian Fineman, who rounded the goalkeeper before calmly finishing to put Sevilla ahead.
The goal prompted a reaction from Bellavista, who looked for an equaliser during the final stages of the first half. However, the Sevilla side remained defensively solid, with Mamour Sené producing a decisive save in the 37th minute to prevent the equaliser and ensure Sevilla went into the break with their lead intact.
After the interval, Sevilla FC D came out with renewed intensity and increased their attacking threat. In the 59th minute, Sebastian Fineman doubled the advantage with a powerful long-range effort towards the near post, leaving the goalkeeper with no chance. The Swedish forward now has five goals and one assist across the opening three league matches, establishing himself as one of the team’s main attacking references.
With the score at 0-2, Sevilla continued to push for a third. David Castro tried his luck from outside the box in the 62nd minute, but his effort narrowly missed the target. The reward eventually came in the closing stages, when Álvaro Perea, assisted by David Castro, made it 0-3 in the 77th minute.
Just moments later, Áron Németh capitalised on the following attack to score Sevilla’s fourth and put the result beyond doubt.
With this result, Sevilla FC D maintain their perfect record with three wins from three league matches. Óscar Olomo’s side continue to show remarkable defensive solidity, having yet to concede a goal, while their 19 goals scored underline their attacking strength and their ability to create danger through direct and dynamic football.
