Big win at the Training Ground
The Nervión-based side delivered a solid and dominant display against El Ronquillo, bottom of the table, securing an emphatic 11-0 win in a match decided early on
Sevilla “D” entered matchday 21 following a friendly victory and positioned in the upper-mid section of the standings. Their opponents, El Ronquillo, currently at the bottom, were unable to contain the attacking strength of the home side.
The match began with intensity, and the first clear chance came in the 8th minute. Just two minutes later, Edu Mangles opened the scoring with a powerful shot into the far corner from inside the box. Mangles doubled the lead in the 16th minute, finishing off an assist from Parker Byas, capping a great start.
The third goal came from a cross that resulted in an own goal by the visiting defense. In the 33rd minute, Abdullah Aljirafi, the team’s top scorer, capitalized on an assist from Mangles to finish confidently in a one-on-one situation. Before halftime, Manu Cruzado scored a stunning strike from the edge of the area, making it 5-0.
The second half followed the same pattern. Just three minutes after the restart, Edu Mangles completed his hat-trick, netting the sixth goal. In the 56th minute, Tomás del Grosso scored from a corner kick and later added another by redirecting a shot from the edge of the box, extending the lead to 8-0.
The home side’s dominance continued as Pablo de la Rosa scored the ninth goal after collecting a rebound and firing from distance. Abdullah Aljirafi added his second of the match to reach double digits, and finally Fidel Morán closed the scoring with the definitive 11-0.
The team managed by Óscar Olomo displayed great attacking efficiency and complete control throughout the 90 minutes, reinforcing their strong run of form.
