A debut that goes beyond the scoreboard
Our U10 Team begins its federated journey with a victory that reinforces its commitment to learning, respect, and teamwork
Friday, October 10, 2025, will be remembered as a milestone in the history of the Sevilla FC Academy, marking the day our team played its first official match in a federated competition in the 7-a-side football category. The match, corresponding to the opening fixture of the Fourth Andalusian League (Group 7), was played at the José Ramón Cisneros Palacios Training Ground, where the side coached by Alejandro Suárez and Eduardo García, with Iván Falce as team delegate, earned a 10–0 victory over CD Mairena.
Beyond the result, this debut held a special meaning for both players and staff. It reflected the daily work, the enthusiasm to keep learning, and the commitment to the values that define Sevilla FC’s youth academy. The squad — Adrián Toronjo, Leo Villalón, Alejandro Lora, Aarón Bernal, Lucas Godoy, Marcos Carmona, and Roque Sánchez-Pobre, together with Martín Caballero, Ramón Santiago, Diego Martínez, Francisco Ortiz, Dylan Augusto, and Leo Pérez — displayed exemplary behavior both on and off the pitch.
At Sevilla FC, this first step is viewed not merely as a sporting achievement, but as an educational experience that promotes self-improvement, effort, continuous growth, teamwork, and respect for the opponent. Because at the Sevilla FC Academy, the true victory lies in shaping people through football — with a clear purpose and a guiding motto: #NeverSurrender
